USE OF FACIITIES REQUEST
Non-FBC or Non-TCA event approval is required by the Elders.
We are a private facility. Requests can be denied for any reason and at any time. No use of the facility is to violate any part of First Bapstist Church's doctrinal positions or policies.
ROOM SET UP NEEDS: Provide the following information concerning your event:
1.Number of Chairs, Tables
2. Any special Items, Lectern, Microphone, Speaker, DVD player, Projector
3. Provide diagram to Executive Ministry in person or by e-mail (link on staff page)
Requests can be denied for any reason as we are a private facility and use of the facility is never to violate any part of our doctrinal positions or policies.
Requests are not fully approved until you receive verification, AND the event is on our church calendar, AND specific set-up / tear down instructions are agreed upon in writing by the facility team.
First Baptist Church of Mt. Holly reserves the right to cancel even approved events at any time AND for any reason.
In submitting this request you and your attenders agree to not hold First Baptist Church of Mt. Holly, its personnel, or staff responsible for any liability or loss incurred.
